General Terms & Conditions
- Standard (non-property surveyed) fees include the provision of qualified labour, pesticides and other consumable materials, bait stations and traps, tools and application equipment, standard access equipment/ladders and removal of dead carcases.
- Fees are based on pest infestations being low to moderate levels, and the property consisting of up to four bedrooms.
- Alternative fees and programmes may be offered should, upon inspection, the property be considerably larger than explained, or infestations be severe, or conditions are found that will directly interfere with standard treatment results.
- Any extra visit fees would be charged as per the listed ‘Additional Visit Fee’.
- Should the client not be able to complete recommendations within the agreed period additional treatments may be required.
- All work carried out meets recognised industry standards and complies with legislation, with due care to safety, pets, wildlife, and the environment. Any safety, wildlife or environment conditions that may be found upon inspection that will require special non-standard preparations or special safety measures will be proposed separately from standard fees.
- Should the client not wish to go ahead with the service upon arrival a £50 call out fee will apply. (Does not apply to commercial clients)
- Fees are total Net. VAT is not currently charged.
- The client should follow all recommendations and maintain the property in a manner that denies pest entry and proliferation. Preventative and/or control measures may include, but not be limited to, effective pest proofing, good building maintenance, controlling water leaks and moisture, good housekeeping and waste management, suitable storage and rotation of food products, and maintaining the surroundings of a building to help reduce pest attraction.
- Services are payable in full following completion of the first visit. Suitable payment terms will be agreed for any regular services covered by a contract.
- Annual Service Contracts are auto renewed and considered renewed for 12 months unless either party provides 30 days written notice prior to the renewal date. Should either party wish to terminate the contract within the contract period a 90 days written notice must be provided.
